STARBUCKS
STARBUCKS Shoreditch High Street integrates into the ‘Shoreditch’ scene by way of introducing a more bespoke design featuring artwork from local artist Brinda Kumar.
Operating over ground floor and basement level this location provided its own challenges with restricted ground floor footprint and structural alterations.
STARBUCKS HQ
Located in Chiswick Park Starbucks were keen to provide a new format support office transforming their existing space into a post-pandemic working environment. With the use of innovative layout nuances, materials and exposing aspects of the building shell the newly formed space provides a less regid office environment providing break-out areas, zoom booths, and a multi purpose presentation space. The use of calming neutral colours provides an escape from the busy working store environment.
JETTS
Supporting Jetts in their franchisee opening at Hammersmith, London, LAYERED developed a two storey 10,000+ square foot shell into Jett’s London flagship location. Providing multiple training areas with treatment rooms and innovative changing areas Hammersmith has obtained a new player on the high street.
YOLK HOUSE
YOLK HOUSE, Phase One of Rock Place Brighton saw the development of a series of existing lock up garages/workshops developed into the first of the Yolk House ‘co-working’ offerings. Refurbishing the space into themed work zones Yolk House provides a relaxed working environment for its growing media focused SME’s. Check out the basement casino in the cellar discovered during the build.
TACO BELL
Expansion of Irvine, Californian based TacoBell has seen LAYERED develop strategy, in addition to design and project management support, for key franchise partners. Identifying correct locations, whilst ensuring brand fit in terms of design and construction, all within the rigid financial constraints of a growing brand has seen expansion across the UK.
