Providing free weights, the latest gym tehnology and PT and group training Jetts offers a gym to suit all.
STARBUCKS HQ
Understanding the need to provide a fresh support centre, post-pandemic, Starbucks appointed LAYERED to develop a format that addresses the new work place of today. LAYERED developed a new innovative ‘support centre’ solution for the UK market with a conscious design to offfer a balanced work:life experience to break the mould from the conventional office space of the past. An almost ‘co-working’ environment breaks up the static feel to traditional desking and adding innovation in doing so.

A dominant International coffee brand Starbucks continues to open and rennovate its equity and franchised porfolio across the EMEA region. With design, plus programme and budget, at the forefront of all project developments Starbucks seeks to provide its guest the ‘thrid place’ to relax and enjoy a coffee with friends, or similary alone for a coffee break, or as a group for a small meeting. Offering differing store design formats Starbucks continues to dominate this very competive market place.
YOLK HOUSE
Partnering with Yolk House, a media focussed ‘co-working’ office solution, LAYERED has brought a taste of ‘SohoHouse’ style to both London and Brighton. Previously working with the brand founders LAYERED have developed both office, and mixed-use, schemes to two landlocked schemes to new heights. Adding additional storeys to an existing buidling in Farringdon London, and dvelopemnt of a new build in Brighton, LAYERED provides a full suite of service to maximise the Yolk House assetts.
